Closing the Gap in Texas: Improving Services for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
At a 2008 Symposium on Long Term Services and Supports for Texans: Economic and Policy Implications, TCDD released Closing the Gap in Texas: Improving Services for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This report includes a gap analysis on services for people with disabilities, plus eight action steps that Texas must undertake to close the gaps that were identified in performance. The report was prepared by the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) as part of their work for TCDD related to the 2008 Biennial Disability Report.
